There is known criminal activity at my property

Your first response to observed or confirmed criminal activity within your property should be a 911 call to your local police department. Second on the list should be a call to the Landlord Law Firm to initiate the eviction process against those committing the criminal acts.

Immediate action is necessary regardless of whether the activity is committed by a tenant or visitor. Your tenant is responsible for the activity either way and you can evict them for allowing this activity on the premises.

The Landlord Law Firm has the necessary experience to help find the details of the situation and identify the best ways to remove the problem tenants.
