One of my tenants is or was harboring a criminal

Even the slightest indication of criminal activity within one of your properties should immediately initiate a call to your landlord attorney. Additionally, it is extremely important to begin gathering specific hard facts and/or evidence of illegal acts – as hearsay or rumors will not be accepted when attempting to prove that a criminal was or is actually present.

Landlords should also be aware that differing rental situations, such as subsidized rental properties, dictate a specific set of guidelines on how best to proceed. Regardless of the property, the Landlord Law Firm has the experience and understanding of the laws to direct you on how best to proceed.
