My property has been damaged

If you personally witness the damage to your property, or if there is an existing threat to the safety of yourself or your other tenants, you should place an immediate call to the police. However, if the damage has already occurred and the situation is now deemed safe, the Landlord Law Firm is the right call to make.

Damage to your rental property can result in two sets of legal actions. If the damage was intentional, not only is the act grounds for eviction, but also criminal prosecution. The Landlord Law Firm will help you determine the best course of action regardless of whether the remedy is civil or criminal in nature.

Our attorneys will work with law enforcement to hold the offenders responsible and to get you restitution for the damage done and get possession of the premises returned to you.
